Covered Bond Awards 2019: final call for nominations

GlobalCapital invites market participants to nominate their favourite covered bond lead managers, issuers and deals by the close of play today. The shortlists will be decided this week-end and voted on by the market from the start of next week.

Please nominate your favourite covered bond deals, issuers and lead managers based on market activity that has taken place between August 2018 and July 2019.

The deadline for the submission of shortlist nominations is 5pm today.

The categories are as follows:


DEALS:

  • Best sterling deal
  • Best dollar deal
  • Best debut deal
  • Most innovative deal
  • Best green / SRI covered bond
  • Best euro deal
  • Deal of the year


ISSUERS:

  • Best euro issuer
  • Issuer of the year


LEAD MANAGERS:

  • Best bank for distribution
  • Best bank for niche currencies (non-euro) 
  • Best bank for structuring and asset and liability management advisory
  • Best syndicate bank 
  • Best euro lead manager
  • Covered bond house of the year

There is no shortlist for the following categories:

  • Best research
  • Best liquidity provider
  • Editor's choice (*)

(*) You are welcome to submit recommendations for Editor's Choice. This can be a person, a deal or an issuer. Three key bullet points backing up your recommendation would be helpful.

The shortlists will be voted on by the market from Monday, July 15,to Sunday, August 18.   

The awards will be presented on the evening of the Euromoney/ECBC Covered Bond Congress on Thursday,September 12, at BMW Welt in Munich.
