JFM makes 144A debut, MuniFin prints threes
Japan Finance Organisation for Municipalities (JFM) priced its debut 144A deal on Thursday afternoon. The issuer was able to tighten pricing from initial price thoughts and increased the size comfortably beyond the $1bn minimum target. Elsewhere Municipality Finance priced its first three year fixed rate dollar benchmark.
