Ico re-enters on ECB coat tails

Instituto de Crédito Oficial on Monday launched its first public trade in six months, taking advantage of tighter Spanish yields following the unveiling of the ECB’s bond buying scheme last week. It was increased from its minimum size but fell short of benchmark status.
