EU and EFSF to lock horns?

Two juggernauts could go head to head next week at the long end of the curve — the European Union and the European Financial Stability Facility are both eyeing deals in the 10 year area. The deals are set to be a tricky test of the strength of demand in a market which has been far from buoyant in the past three weeks. Bank Nederlandse Gemeenten is another issuer eyeing the long end.
