PZU preps $1.9bn Warsaw IPO — Telvent convertible: Tuesday’s European ECM wrap

Polish insurer Powszechny Zaklad Ubezpieczen on Tuesday said it intends to float in Warsaw in a deal worth up to $1.9bn, putting it on track to be one of the largest IPOs in Europe this year.
