JC Flowers and Kent Reliance set example for mutual capitalisation
Private equity firm JC Flowers and building society Kent Reliance are setting up a joint venture, whereby JC Flowers will invest £50m for a 49% stake in the yet-to-be named venture. This more than doubles the capital available to Kent Reliance.
