LBO bankers head to CEE for CRa, more to come

Bookrunners on a Ckr6.6bn (Eu264m) loan backing the buy-out of Czech telecoms company České Radiokomunikace (CRa) have launched a targeted general syndication aimed mainly at local retail banks. The loan is one of several live deals in the region as the leveraged loan market looks east for opportunities.
