Justice waits for sponsor

Justice Holding, a $1bn cash shell being floated in London by founders Nicholas Berggruen and Martin Franklin, has generated enough demand to close this week but may wait to bring on a potential third founder. Barclays Capital and Citigroup are managing the sale which they launched on January 17.
