Meezan Bank eyes October for HSBC Pakistan takeover
The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) has approved Meezan Bank’s plan to buy HSBC’s Pakistan business, and Meezan Bank is hoping to finish the deal in October or November, an official at the bank told IFIS.
