Cyprus looks almost certain to complete the quickest turnaround of any bailed-out eurozone sovereign after mandating banks to launch a roadshow in Europe on Tuesday, ahead of a possible euro syndication. Its secondary yields plunged following dovish comments from the European Central Bank last week.
