Portugal mulls private opportunities
Portugal could expand its debt markets access away from euro benchmarks through private placements, its head of issuing and markets at the Portuguese Treasury and Debt Management Agency has told SSA Markets. Investors are keen to buy the peripheral sovereign’s paper in currencies outside euros.
