Ireland writes new IABs to tackle debt crisis

Ireland’s National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) raised over €1bn on Thursday through new amortising bonds (IAB), double the agency's expectation of half that size. Ireland has now raised €10bn in capital markets since it received a bailout at the end of 2010.
