Ireland returns to market as Draghi boosts periphery
Ireland was set to test investor confidence in the Irish economy, which returned to growth in 2011, as SSA Markets went to press. The sovereign announced the sale of Irish government bonds for terms of up to eight years and a bond exchange on Thursday.
