Hydro-Québec back in dollars after a decade
Hydro-Québec, the Canadian power provider, made a triumphant return to the dollar market after a decade’s absence on Thursday with a new five year global. Such was demand for the rare name, the borrower was able to price flat to its guarantor, Province of Québec.
