Diane Garnick, head of U.S. portfolio strategy at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in New York, has left the firm. Karen Laureano-Rikardsen, spokeswoman in New York, said the firm has not yet finalized whether it will replace Garnick. Existing members of the team are currently assuming her responsibilities. She declined to comment on the reasons for Garnick's departure and Garnick could not be reached.
Garnick reported to Craig Schiffer, head of capital markets in New York, who did not return calls.
