IFX Markets is launching two products in its contracts for difference range, one on Asian stocks and another for retail investors. This follows its recent launch of CFDs on eight hedge funds. There are also plans to expand the number of hedge funds open to investors via CFDs as well as offering a bespoke service to create CFDs on hedge funds chosen by investors, according to Winston Stewart, head of CFD sales at IFX in London.
The Asian contracts, which launch next month, are aimed at investors with some CFD experience and will add another 2,000 CFDs to the 10,000 IFX already offers on global stocks. There are plans to add contracts on South Africa, Greece and Russia, according to Stewart.
