Credit Suisse First Boston has brought aboard Bikram Chaudhury, a credit structurer at DBS in Singapore, for a similar role in Hong Kong. Chaudhury, who starts in the coming weeks, will report to Lars Sorensen, managing director in the credit and insurance structuring group in Singapore.
Sorensen said Chaudhury is a replacement for How-Chih Lee, director in Hong Kong, who joined Barclays Capital last month (DW, 8/20). CSFB will look to opportunistically hire additional staff, noted Sorensen. Jenny Lee, spokeswoman at DBS in Singapore, did not respond to messages.
