CSFB has hired Marc Freydefont, collateralized debt obligation analyst at Moody's Investors Service in London, as a structured credit trader. Freydefont joins CSFB as v.p., reporting to Kareem Serageldin, global head of synthetic CDOs, according to Rebecca O'Neill, spokeswoman for CSFB.
Louisa Pearce-Smith, spokeswoman for Moody's, confirmed Freydefont had left, but declined further comment.
