It seems as though last summer's triumph by Canada over the U.S. in the 2006 World Field Lacrosse Championships in London, Canada, has been sullied by messy bank books and over $200,000 worth of debt owed to about 50 creditors, according to an article in The London Free Press. If the U.S. can't put its lacrosse pride aside, maybe it will allow its neighbors up north to tap the debt markets.
