Rory Hill, single stock equity derivatives trader at JPMorgan in London, has left the firm. Hill reported to Paul Leech, co-head of equity flow derivatives. Leech said the U.S. house will take steps internally to fill the gap left by Hill's departure.
Hill is reported to be heading to Nomura, which hired around 15 equity derivatives staffers in July (DW, 7/27). Hill did not return calls to his cell phone. Jessica Shepherd-Smith, spokeswoman for Nomura, declined comment.
