Pradeep Jhanjee, head of structuring rates, hybrids and FX at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York, joined Barclays Capital yesterday. Jhanjee confirmed the move declining to provide a reason. Karina Byrne, a spokeswoman, said he was hired to be the director/head of U.S. rates client solutions, reporting to Kashif Zafar and Tim Cassidy, co-heads of U.S. rates sales. Zafar and Cassidy were not immediately available for comment.
Pen Pendleton, a spokesman for CSFB, said Jhanjee reported to Tim Bock, global co-head of equity-linked origination.
