David Bizer, co-head of European equity sales at Lehman Brothers in London, is transferring to New York. Bizer has been named head of U.S. equity sales, covering cash and derivatives. A message left for Bizer was returned by Caroline Villiers, spokeswoman for Lehman, who confirmed the move and said Mark Rutherford, co-head with Bizer, will now take sole responsibility for the European business. It could not immediately be determined if Bizer is transferring to New York in a new role or as a replacement.
