William Pang, director and credit derivatives trader at Barclays Capital in Hong Kong, is rejoining Deutsche Bank in Singapore, according to officials. Pang joined the British house last year from Deutsche Bank where he built a reputation as a top CDS trader (DW, 10/1/04). Reasons for the move could not be determined by press time and Pang could not be reached. Wai-Hong Luk, co-head of integrated credit trading at Deutsche Bank in the Lion City, did not return messages and Paul Scanlon, spokesman at Barclays, confirmed the departure, but declined to further comment.
