Morgan Stanley has hired Andy Baehr as executive director of derivative sales, reporting to Adam Langsam, head of derivatives sales, in New York. Melissa Stonberg, spokeswoman, said Baehr starts in May. Baehr was previously an official at Deutsche Bank in New York. His title could not be determined and Renee Calabro, Deutsche Bank spokeswoman, declined comment.
