Deustche Bank has hired two structurers: Keith Cunningham, from Lehman Brothers in New York, and Devin Toth, executive director in structured marketing at CIBC in Toronto. The pair joins the investment solutions group within global markets equity structuring in New York, reporting to Chris Yeagley, director and head of global markets equity structuring for the Americas. Yeagley could not immediately be reached. Renee Calabro, Deutsche Bank spokeswoman, confirmed the hires, declining further comment.
Cunningham, whose precise role at Lehman could not be determined, is re-joining Deutsche Bank, where he worked for a year (DW, 8/20/04).
