Eric Miller, head of structured products sales at ABN AMRO in New York, has left the firm. He is reported to be heading to another investment bank to head its equity structured products desk. His exact destination could not be determined and Miller could not be reached. Patrick Phalon, ABN spokesman, did not return a phone message.
