Deutsche Bank is bringing aboard Stefan Masuhr, head of structuring for Asia at HVB Asia in Singapore. According to market officials, he takes a new role in the Lion City on the credit structuring desk.
Masuhr joined HVB from WestLB in 2002 to build up a cross-asset class structuring desk for the region (DW, 9/2/02). He did not return messages placed to his cell phone. HVB has seen a wave of departures in Asia in recent weeks, with some 15-20 staff joining South Africa's Standard Bank (DW, 5/12).
Jason Collins, spokesman at Deutsche Bank in Singapore, declined all comment.
