Moez Ben-Zid, a managing director in structured credit marketing at Merrill Lynch in London, has exited the firm. Ben-Zid could not be reached, but officials familiar with the situation said he resigned last week. He was responsible for marketing into France and reported to Paul Horvarth, head of structured credit products sales, who was traveling and did not respond to email messages by press time.
Ben-Zid joined Merrill last year from JPMorgan with Malik Chaabouni, who quit in February for a senior structured credit role at Detusche Bank. It could not be determined where Ben-Zid is headed.
