ABN AMRO has bagged James Dougall, a v.p. and credit-default swap trader at Lehman Brothers in London. Dougall is on gardening leave and could not be reached. An official familiar with the situation said he will join ABN shortly and report to Haider Ali, head of CDS trading in London, who declined comment.
