Primus Guaranty UK has signed up Graeme Wood, a credit derivatives broker at BGC Partners, and Bryan Barboni, a trader at Calyon in London, as part of an expansion of its London credit derivatives business. The office is an outpost of New York-based Primus Guaranty (DW, 8/19) and opened its doors in the winter.
Wood said he has joined in a marketing role and Barboni as a trading officer, adding both started in the past month and report to Michael Basing, chairman of the U.K. business in London. There are now five staffers in the London office and more than 40 in the group as a whole.
