The Royal Bank of Scotland has hired Priscilla Lau, a collateralized debt obligation structurer at CIBC World Markets in London, for a similar role. She has been brought on board by Sandra Wong, head of European managed CDOs, who declined comment. Wong herself joined RBS in March (DW 3/31) from BNP Paribas and was followed by colleague Thomas Sandberg. Lau could not be reached for comment.
