Asif Khan, v.p. in the structured products syndication group at Goldman Sachs, has left the firm. He is on gardening leave and could not be reached, but is tipped to be going to Wachovia Securities in three weeks, as managing director in the firm's collateralized debt obligation marketing group. Jim Pierpoint, Wachovia spokesman, did not immediately return a message.
Khan joined Goldman two years ago (DW, 6/13/04) reporting to Bunty Bohra, managing director and head of structured products syndication. Bohra could not be reached and Michael Duvally, spokesman, declined comment.
