Barclays Capital has tapped Pascal Hery, a senior credit derivatives salesman to hedge funds at Deutsche Bank in London. Hery is on gardening leave and could not be reached for comment, but insiders say he will report to Brett Tejpaul, head of hedge fund, bank proprietary and cash bond distribution in London. Tejpaul declined comment and calls to the BarCap press office were not immediately returned. Hery left Deutsche Bank last month where Stacey Coglan, spokeswoman, did not provide immediate comment on a reporting line or a replacement.
