Fortis Bank has hired Alexander Jaeschke, rates trader at HVB Asia in Hong Kong, as head of fixed income trading in Hong Kong. Jaeschke declined all comment and Lionel Kwok, head of global markets in Hong Kong, was traveling and could not be reached.
