BNP Paribas has hired Sonal Khot, a structured credit derivatives marketer from JPMorgan in New York. Her title and the reasons for the hire could not immediately be determined. Patrick McKee, managing director and head of integrated credit trading and structuring at BNP, declined comment.
Khot was a v.p. at JPMorgan, reporting to Rich Stephenson, head of structured credit sales, who did not return a phone call by press time. Brooke Harlow, JPMorgan spokeswoman, declined immediate comment on a replacement.
