JPMorgan has hired Charles Chang, director of structured credit at Fitch Ratings in Hong Kong, as a credit structurer. Marie Cheung, spokeswoman at JPMorgan, said Chang will focus on the Greater China market and now reports to Lawrence Seah, head of credit structuring and marketing for Asia ex-Japan, based in Hong Kong. Fitch officials said they are looking to replace Chang.
