Costas Katsileros, director in index options trading at ABN AMRO in London, has left the firm. Reached on his mobile, Katsileros declined comment on his reasons for leaving or his destination. He reported to Mitch Janowski, head of credit exotics, who referred questions to the press office which was unable to provide comment by press time. A trading official on the desk said ABN is looking for a replacement.
