CIFG Settles With CDS Counterparties
CIFG Holding has announced that along with principal shareholders Banque Populaire Group and Caisse d’Epargne Group, it has reached a final settlement with the credit default swap counterparties and bondholders of 98% of its gross par outstanding of asset-backed securities collateralized debt obligation exposure, among other things.
