Vakifbank confident after 150bp launch
Turkey’s Vakifbank sent invitations a week last Friday for a new one year loan paying 150bp all-in, surprising some bankers who thought it had settled on 175bp. The borrower, rated Ba3/-/BBB-, is inviting banks to commit Eu30m or $40m at the top level and hopes to have a deal signed by the end of March.
