ITV closes exchange offer with 54% bondholder take-up
ITV closed its high yield bond exchange with just over half its bondholders choosing to take the offer of longer term notes on Wednesday. The company exchanged Eu268m of the Eu500m 6% issue due 2011 into new 10% notes due 2014 and cash, reducing the company’s near-term refinancing risk, analysts said.
