Jumbo deal for SWM shows Schuldschein potential
Stadtwerke München (SWM), a Bavarian utility, has signed a Eu750m Schuldschein after bookrunners BayernLB and HSBC raised Eu1.7bn of commitments, making it the largest ever book for a deal of this kind.
