AU Optronics sealing $300m deal for Singapore subsidiary
Taiwan’s AU Optronics is set to increase a $300m loan for its Singapore subsidiary this week, having attracted 11 banks to the syndicate. The borrower is set to use its 20% greenshoe option to increase the facility to $360m, but having got strong demand it is still likely to have to scale back commitments.
