CVC to back Sunrise deal with Sfr2.5bn
Private equity firm CVC will part-finance its Sfr3.3bn ($3.3bn, Eu2.5bn) buy-out of Sunrise, the Swiss telecommunications provider, from TDC — the largest telecoms company in Denmark — with Sfr2.545bn in debt financing, making it the largest sponsor driven European LBO since 2008.
