FutureLAB LBO gets Eu150m financing
RZB, Unicredit and WestLB have agreed a club financing of about Eu150m to back BC Partners’ acquisition of Austrian laboratory group FutureLAB which the private equity firm yesterday agreed to buy as part of a deal to form a bigger lab operator.
