Waivers strike in IG, TomTom gets amendment
TomTom, the Dutch maker of satellite navigation systems, has amended a syndicated loan signed last December, becoming one of the first investment grade borrowers in western Europe to seek a loan waiver, resetting interest coverage and leverage ratios.
