Middle East mid-cap Drake & Scull nears close
UAE engineering company Drake & Scull is set to close syndication of its $70m three year loan. The transaction, a rare deal for a Middle East mid-cap, is going well, according to several loans bankers. The loan has a margin of 325bp.
