Nordic's Nycomed sale triggers Eu4bn repayments
Leveraged loan investors are to receive around Eu4bn in repayments from Japanese drug company Takeda’s acquisition of Swiss firm Nycomed from private equity firm Nordic Capital. Takeda is paying around Eu9.6bn for Nycomed, a figure that includes all the company’s net debt.
