Unhurried AfDB eyes seven year dollars in market hot for SSA supply
The African Development Bank could print a debut seven year dollar global this year in response to investor demand, EuroWeek understands. Low swap levels in dollars in recent weeks have meant that sub-Libor funders offer a very low spread to Treasuries, but by pushing along the curve they can offer a better level to investors.
