Vietnam loan pipeline looks bleak despite Petro success

PetroVietnam Exploration Production Corp has proved that Vietnamese borrowers can attract good demand in the loan market. But amid shrinking borrowing plans and rising questions about the country’s economy, loans bankers complain that the deal means little.
