The Inter-American Investment Corporation’s (IIC) capital markets career got off to a flying start this week with a debut transaction that was increased in size, priced 5bp through initial pricing thoughts and attracted demand from a diverse and high quality investor base — and this despite the below-radar size of the borrower’s funding needs of $300m to $350m a year.
